Upon enrollment your default log-in information for MyTCC is as follows:
Username: firstname_lastname
Please Note: It is the first part of your student email address (before the @ symbol) and may include a number after the last name (e.g., john_smith5)
Password: your default password is the same Personal Identification Number (PIN) you use for the Student Web
If
you feel you are using the proper credentials and still cannot get into MyTCC, you
may come in to the
Registrar's Office on any campus to verify your email address and
PIN.

We cannot release information over the telephone or
to individuals other than the student.
EMPLOYEES:
Every full-time and part-time employee is automatically given an account on
MyTCC as soon as working papers are complete and entered into Human
Resources system. The Username is your email address. For new
users, your Password is available by calling Human Resources. If you are a
current user of the Student Web or Faculty Web, use the same PIN to access MyTCC.
